Therapeutic Swedish Massage
The therapeutic Swedish massages are designed to suit your needs.Swedish massage uses a firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. Pressure can be light to firm.We offer 30 minute, 45 minute, 60 minute, 90 minute appointments.
Prenatal Massage
This massage is for the mommy-to-be in need of reduced back pain, headache relief and a better nights sleep. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Offered in 60 minute and 90 minute appointments.
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Offered in 60 minute and 90 minute appointments.
Gift Certificates
Give the gift of relaxation. We offer a variety of gift certificates for our services. You have the option to purchasing a gift certificate towards a type of massage you know your loved one prefers or for a gift certificate for a dollar amount towards any service of their choice.
